am the chairperson of Angel’s Heart Foundation and currently serve as the president of the Tarakeshwor municipal committee within HISSAN, and for my two-year tenure, I have outlined specific plans. Over the next two years, our primary focus will be on enhancing academic outcomes for all students. We aim to motivate teachers to deliver efficient instruction and emphasize the importance of education to students. Simultaneously, we will actively engage in extracurricular activities and place a particular emphasis on technical and vocational education, aiming to cultivate skilled human resources within Nepal and reduce student migration through collective efforts.

Collaborating with district and central HISSAN, we are creating standardized questions for internal examinations of grades 11 and 12 in every college. For grade 12 board exams, we are establishing outdoor centers. Our inaugural inter-school basketball tournament at Sacred Heart Secondary School was followed by a quiz competition at Srijana Gayansagar Secondary School and an inter-school volleyball competition at Sacred Heart Secondary School. Upcoming events include a quiz competition at Kasushal English Boarding School and a basketball tournament in collaboration with Landmark Academy for both girls and boys.

Recently, we conducted a common practice exam for grade 12 students, with centers at Angel’s Heart School and Him Rashmi School. The results have been published, and we are preparing to award prizes to the top 10 students and teachers. In the days ahead, we plan to organize more programs in collaboration with Kathmandu HISSAN and central HISSAN.

Currently, Tarakeshwor Municipality hosts 12 colleges offering grades 11 and 12. Eleven of these colleges are already our members, and we intend to collaborate with the remaining one in the near future. Additional colleges in the process of initiating grades 11 and 12 will also be included in our organization. Our target is to expand our network to 20 colleges, making Tarakeshwor a notable hub for learning.

I advocate for a dual role as entrepreneurs and academic leaders, recognizing that while we have achieved success in education and academics, the knowledge gained must be applied for the betterment of society and the country. Initiating industries and factories will allow students to apply their studies practically, fostering the production of skilled human resources for the overall progress of the country.
