What are the initiatives and undertakings carried out by HISSAN Rupandehi?

HISSAN Rupandehi operates in a systematic manner, overseeing approximately 60 schools within its jurisdiction. Our primary objective is to nurture students' creativity and capabilities, encouraging them to explore their potential to the fullest. In line with this vision, we recently organized a Futsal competition, which served as a platform for students to showcase their athletic talents and foster teamwork. In addition to sporting events, we also prioritize academic enrichment activities. We regularly conduct quizzes, debates, and other contests that promote critical thinking, research skills, and effective communication among students. These activities not only help develop their intellectual abilities but also instill confidence and enhance their overall personality. Recognizing the importance of strong foundations in mathematics, we have taken the initiative to provide specialized mathematics training. This training aims to equip students with essential mathematical concepts, problem-solving techniques, and analytical skills, enabling them to excel in this fundamental subject. Furthermore, we actively support subject-specific societies such as the Botany Society, Zoology Society, Physics Society, and Mathematics Society. Through these societies, we provide training, resources, and opportunities for students to engage in in-depth exploration of their respective fields. This excessive reliance on technology not only distracts them from their studies but also has adverse effects on their mental well-being, leading to feelings of depression and isolation. In response to this growing issue, it has become imperative for us to take proactive measures to mitigate the misuse of gadgets among students. One of our primary objectives is to raise awareness about the negative impacts of excessive gadget usage. We organize workshops and awareness campaigns, inviting students, parents, and teachers to participate. These sessions shed light on the potential consequences of gadget addiction, such as poor academic performance, decreased social interactions, and compromised mental health. By providing information and insights, we aim to foster a collective understanding of the importance of responsible gadget usage. Moreover, we collaborate with mental health professionals and counselors to provide support and guidance to students who are experiencing depression or other related challenges. These professionals work closely with students, helping them cope with their emotions, develop healthier habits, and find alternative sources of entertainment and engagement that are conducive to their overall well-being. Merely following the path set by seniors may not guarantee a fulfilling academic journey. When considering course options, students should thoroughly evaluate their own abilities, strengths, and passions. Reflecting on subjects that resonate with their intellectual curiosity and career aspirations can guide them towards a course that offers a meaningful and rewarding academic experience. I would like to emphasize that a bridge course is not necessarily essential for students transitioning from Class 10 to Class 11. Instead, I encourage them to focus on acquiring life skills that will prove beneficial in their future endeavors. While academic knowledge is crucial, it is equally important to develop practical skills that can enhance their overall growth and adaptability. One such skill is driving, which not only provides independence but also enhances mobility and opens up various opportunities. Proficiency in driving can be advantageous in both personal and professional aspects of life. Additionally, technological skills have become increasingly valuable in today's digital age. Familiarity with technology enables individuals to navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape, enhancing their efficiency and competitiveness in various fields.
