How do you manage the operations of HISSAN Dhading?

In my recent tenure at HISSAN Dhading, I have observed the presence of numerous private education sectors in the region. Unfortunately, it is apparent that the management of curriculum, syllabus, courses, and the overall quality of education falls short of the desired standards. To address this concern, we have taken the initiative to collaborate with external experts who can contribute their expertise in improving the curriculum and implementing programs that specifically focus on entrepreneurship. Our primary goal is to enhance the educational experience and ensure that every student receives a high-quality education. We collaborate with external professionals to enhance our curriculum by incorporating best practices and innovative approaches. This helps us create an engaging and well-structured curriculum that meets students' evolving needs and adheres to educational standards. Furthermore, recognizing the importance of entrepreneurship in today's world, we are committed to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among our students. Through specialized programs, we provide them with practical training, mentorship opportunities, and exposure to real-life scenarios. By nurturing their creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and resilience, we empower our students to become future entrepreneurs and leaders. How are you progressing in delivering high-quality education in Dhading, similar to that available in Kathmandu?
After recently joining HISSAN Dhading, we have observed that the number of plus two colleges affiliated with us is relatively limited, ranging from approximately 10 to 12. This can be attributed to the fact that Dhading is in close proximity to Kathmandu, leading many students to choose the capital city for their higher education pursuits. However, it is crucial to emphasize that the quality of education, curriculum, and management in Dhading and Kathmandu are closely intertwined. While students may prefer Kathmandu due to its perceived advantages, we are determined to bridge the gap and ensure that the educational experience in Dhading is on par with the standards set in the capital. We are committed to delivering high-quality education by focusing on curriculum development, implementing effective teaching methodologies, and strengthening administrative practices. By doing so, we aim to provide students in Dhading with comparable educational opportunities and outcomes. Additionally, we are actively working towards developing industrial education opportunities in Dhading. This entails establishing partnerships with local industries, conducting vocational training programs, and incorporating practical learning experiences into the curriculum. First and foremost, I would like to extend my congratulations to all the SEE graduates on completing this significant milestone in their educational journey. It is important to remember that your GPA does not determine your entire life; it is merely a phase of your academic journey. Therefore, if your results are not as expected, do not stress excessively.
