HISSAN stands as a proud umbrella organization dedicated to advancing academic development in the country. The upcoming HISSAN Kathmandu convention is of paramount interest to all members, including those from central and provincial committees. The ideal candidate for leading HISSAN Kathmandu should be a young, energetic, and dynamic individual with a vision, strong coordination skills, and the ability to compile information effectively.

While the specific post is not the primary concern, fostering coordination among all HISSAN members holds greater significance. As a dedicated HISSANist, I emphasize the importance of unity and collaboration with the government for the overall development of the country. Personally, I have served as a committee member under the present president and aspire to increase my responsibilities by running for the position of secretary.

In my view, the secretary plays a crucial role in implementing policies formulated by the president. I bring a wealth of experience, coupled with the ability to expedite improvements within HISSAN while ensuring unity among its members. My candidacy is rooted in a belief that I can effectively lead and deserve the post.

Elections, a democratic norm, are common in organizations like HISSAN, where competition for key roles, such as president and secretary, is intense. I recognize the importance of coordination with members, addressing their interests dynamically, and ensuring a fair representation for all.

While I advocate for a unanimous decision, I acknowledge that democratic processes often involve sacrifices. In the event of a lack of unanimity, I firmly believe in the democratic approach of elections. The ultimate solution lies in a democratic decision, where the candidate with the majority support will assume the role of secretary. With 18 years of experience in the education field, I possess a comprehensive understanding of its various facets and am confident in my ability to contribute to the betterment of HISSAN.
