I will give my candidacy for the post of secretary as per my interest too

Kathmandu-based leaders should work as exemplary figures to aspire district leaders to lead institutions by examples. Leaders from all over the country have high expectations from the leaders of the Kathmandu valley. More than 50% leaders of the Central HISSAN are from Kathmandu itself, making it such an idealistic organization for setting academic benchmarks.

Kathmandu-based leaders should work as exemplary figures to aspire district leaders to lead institutions by examples. Leaders from all over the country have high expectations from the leaders of the Kathmandu valley. More than 50% leaders of the Central HISSAN are from Kathmandu itself, making it such an idealistic organization for setting academic benchmarks. In this regard, Kathmandu-based leaders must be agile and positive to address the institutional common issues and embark on improvements. In the same line, HISSAN Kathmandu must focus on the regularity of teaching and learning and should work with larger gamut and sometimes even function as more than supporting hand of the Central HISSAN.

Leaders should always be far-sighted either they are of any educational institutes, political parties or any other organizations. It means the leaders should have knowledge about the current status of education, problems in it and most importantly should be able to tackle those problems. The private education system of Nepal is seem to be biased so, the upcoming leader should have courage to raise the questions of objection to related representatives and find out the ways to solve them.

It’s not fair to demand any post in professional organization. However, after discussion with all the friends of committee and HISSAN members, I will give my candidacy for the post of secretary as per my interest too. Till today’s day, being linked with HISSAN I have lead 5 colleges; Everest, Premier, Columbus, CG institute of management and Excel single handedly. Due to this I have more professional skills in comparison to others. I have left the post in last two conventions in order to make the decision unanimous. It is as for the answer if someone questioned me that the old and experienced members of the committee should be given the post. I have experiences, courage to lead institute independently and knowledge about this field. I have personal capacity and professional strength thus, I believe I deserve the post.

If the decision is not unanimous there are other diplomatic ways.  I request my friends to give candidacy for any post on the basis of their personal ability and professional strength. Moreover, if there is any senior candidate who is more capable than me for the post with experience and strength, than I should get back. Being in an association, saying only I need the post is not right. There will be more conventions and more opportunities. I am sure that the analysis of all the candidates will be done effectively.

All the delegates attending the convention are more aware than me because of being in education field for so long period of time. During the selection of leadership, we should select the deserving candidate who can give time and understand the theme of the education. We should try to go unanimously, even if not possible we should understand the value of our votes in diplomatic system.
