I am the Principal of Evergreen English Secondary School. I have working in education field since 30 years. I have worked in 3 terms staying in HISSAN Kathmandu District Committee.

Being the Joint secretary of HISSAN Kathmandu, I expect a leader capable enough to resolute the forthcoming challenges of academic gamut. There are lot of challenges in private sector like the recently made Education Act. So, the upcoming leader of HISSAN Kathmandu should be dynamic and give assurance of security of investment to all the investors of private education.

HISSAN is forming municipal and metropolitan committees. Thus, new leader should be able to coordinate all the leaders of such municipal committees and education department. Leader should be able to unify all the members for the effective run of organization. I am assured that the best team will be finalized for Kathmandu from this convention.

Being in a social organization, everyone wants promotion on their posts. I have served HISSAN as member in 2 committees and I am currently working as the Joint secretary. So, I am giving my candidacy for the post of secretary. If the committee is formed unanimously I will agree with any post but in case of competition I will try for the post of secretary.

There are many capable contestants for the leadership. We have lot of seniors with good leadership skills and visions.

The situation is miserable for all of us engaged in private sector. I will request for the presence of all educationists in the upcoming convention. We all need to be united for the development of our organization. The support of all the educational institutes is crucial for HISSAN. We have been organizing different programs in field of sports, trainings and curriculum. In upcoming days too, we will continue those programs and make plans for the security of private sector with the collaboration of local levels and provinces. I request for the support and help of all the educationalists to make our visions more fruitful.

Therefore, I would like to request all the delegates to apply their valuable inputs while choosing competitive leaders. The chosen leader should ensure all academic guidance and advocate our priorities and lobby with line ministry and agencies for pertinent curriculum update and revision.
