In my capacity as the president of Tokha Municipality for HISSAN Kathmandu, we have strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the decisions and guidance provided by central HISSAN. Our primary focus is to bring together all +2 colleges in Tokha Municipality for collective discussions on essential plans for the holistic development of students. These plans encompass organizing sports competitions, academic programs, and working towards standardizing exams through collaborative efforts. While plans are in place, implementation is pending as our committee was recently formed. The overarching goal is the overall improvement of all +2 colleges in Tokha Municipality.

Currently, our emphasis is on action and encouraging collaboration, recognizing the diverse approaches taken by individual institutes. We are actively engaging in various activities to foster cooperation.

Our commitment extends to supporting the success of the 6th convention of HISSAN Kathmandu. Since becoming members, we’ve observed that HISSAN primarily focuses on common exam questions and competitions. We aspire to enhance the quality of education through initiatives like training, workshops, and field visits. Monthly meetings to discuss current issues and encouraging reading habits among students, given the decline post the grading system, are also on our agenda.

In conclusion, HISSAN stands as a prideful organization in Nepal, efficiently executing numerous initiatives. I anticipate that future leaders and members will continue to broaden the organization’s reach, encompassing all institutes under one strong umbrella for collective progress.
