What motivated or influenced you to pursue a career in the field of education?

The choice to pursue a career in education was deeply influenced by the presence of my father, who was a dedicated teacher. Witnessing his passion for teaching and the impact he had on his students inspired me to follow in his footsteps. As I progressed through my own academic journey, I discovered a natural inclination towards teaching. Whenever I assisted my friends with their studies, I noticed that they found my explanations clear and comprehensible. This positive feedback further fueled my belief that I possessed the skills and aptitude to excel in the field of education. Despite this passion for teaching, I opted to first complete my master's degree before fully committing to a career in education. This decision was driven by a desire to deepen my knowledge and expertise in my chosen subject area. By acquiring a higher level of education, I aimed to provide my future students with a well-rounded and comprehensive learning experience. Once I had completed my master's degree, I embarked on my teaching journey, initially focusing on teaching students at the plus two level. This experience allowed me to apply the theoretical knowledge I had gained and translate it into practical instruction. Interacting with students and witnessing their growth and progress became immensely gratifying. It reaffirmed my passion for teaching and motivated me to continually refine my teaching methods to cater to the unique needs and learning styles of my students. Throughout my career in education, I remain committed to embracing new teaching techniques, staying updated with the latest educational research, and continuously honing my pedagogical skills. By combining my personal experiences, subject expertise, and a genuine passion for guiding and inspiring students, I aspire to make a positive impact on their academic journeys, just as my father did for his students.

Bagmati HISSAN has recently been established. What are the key responsibilities and actions it should undertake?

While this system provides opportunities for students with varying academic performance, it is important to acknowledge that students with a GPA of 1.6 may encounter difficulties in pursuing science unless they exhibit dedication and commitment to their studies. Studying science demands a solid foundation of knowledge in subjects such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology. Students with a GPA of 1.6 might face challenges in comprehending complex scientific concepts and keeping up with the rigorous coursework. However, this does not mean that they cannot succeed in the science stream.
