Mission
City College aims to develop professionals in the general and sectoral management areas who can contribute to the socio-economic development of Nepal with adequate knowledge, skills and positive attitude.
Goals
1. Develop the City College as the centre of learning for management skills in the areas of Business Administration and Management, Hospitality Management, and Management of other sectoral areas.
2. Develop human capital that is productive and socially responsive with high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
3. Provide visible differentiation in the education service market through its infrastructure, systems, business and social networks and teaching-learning methodology.

Admission is given on the basis of an Entrance Examination which is mandatory, comprehensive, and has to be cleared or on the basis of SEE grades. A personal interview closely conducted by the College Management is compulsory for all students accompanied by their parents.
