Nepal Mega College is offering ten plus two in Science, Management, Humanities with the affiliation from National Examination Board and Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Journalism (BAMCJ), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and Bachelor of Business Management (BBM), Master of Business Studies (MBS) and MA in Rural Development with the affiliation from Tribhuvan University.

Admission is given on the basis of an Entrance Examination which is mandatory, comprehensive, and has to be cleared or on the basis of SEE grades. A personal interview closely conducted by the College Management is compulsory for all students accompanied by their parents.
