The institute is run by three leading business houses (Vishal group, Rathi group and Debenara group) of Eastern Nepal who jointly held a hand to strengthen, uplift and impart modern education system. The institute is affiliated to Purbanchal University, Biratnagar and recognized by Nepal Engineering Council(NEC). The institue has been awarded with 9001:2015 certificate for maintaining high quality standards. The college is located in the heart of business center of Eastern Nepal at Biratnagar. It was founded in the year 2000 AD.
The institute is approximately 1 km away from Biratnagar airport and 8 km away from the nearest Indian railway station at Jogbani, Bihar.
